1. Cancellations
We offer a 100% refund (minus third-party payment gateway charges) for all cancellations made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an item has been shipped. However, we are committed to quality.
3. Replacements
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or quality discrepancies compared to the description, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, including freight.
4. Transit Damage
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Damaged-in-transit goods should be rejected at the time of delivery to ensure eligibility for credit or replacement.
